So your hair is falling out, your skin is dry, your memory is shot and the Hallmark commercials open the tide of tears:  Menopause, yes.  But Stress yes too.  So what's a woman to do.  Yoga and mediation as a start to every day.
You should also know all the treatment options during menopause.  Do you?
'Aging of the skin is associated with skin thinning, atrophy, dryness, wrinkling, and delayed wound healing. These undesirable aging effects are exacerbated by declining estrogen levels in postmenopausal women. With the rise in interest in long-term postmenopausal skin management, studies on the restorative benefits that estrogen may have on aged skin have expanded.' (Shu YY, Maibach HI.  2011  Am J Clin Dermatol. Estrogen and skin: therapeutic options. Oct 1;12(5):297-311.)
